Time commitment: ~5-10h/month, duration minimum of 3 months

Agro-rugby aims to utilize sport as an important enabler of sustainable development. The agro-rugby program's mission is to cultivate a generation of empowered and resilient youth by seamlessly blending the worlds of agroforestry and rugby. We are dedicated to instilling a passion for sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and holistic well-being in young minds.

 Our vision is two-fold: to educate youth on the principles of agroforestry, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to foster sustainable ecosystems, and to harness the transformative power of rugby as a vehicle for personal development, teamwork, and physical health.

Through engaging and immersive programs, we aspire to enhance the overall health and well-being of our participants, fostering a sense of discipline, resilience, and teamwork that extends beyond the sports field.

·      Review funding identified by community groups and apply to applicable grants

·      Identify additional funding opportunities

·      Create a work plan, project implementation outline

Volunteering for EcoWB:

-At EcoWB we are connecting volunteers to meaningful work with project makers. As a volunteer-led organization, we value a flexible remote-working environment which fosters collaboration and creativity. We are also exploring possibilities for fieldwork, arranged between the volunteer and the host organization.
