EcoWB is seeking volunteers to join a newly-formed Fundraising Committee. The purpose of the Fundraising Committee is to increase monetary contributions to EcoWB by building relationships, organizing events, and exploring new sources of funding. Funding can come from grassroots, small-donation fundraising, web-based fundraising events, business partnerships/sponsorships, grants, foundations, and government contracts. Committee members will be expected to participate in a monthly meeting (via teleconference) and the estimated time commitment is 5-10 hours a month. Ideal candidates should have experience in marketing, fundraising, public relations, business, finance, communications, or related fields.
